I enjoy working together with clients to help them reach personal goals that guide them in their chosen path of life. I value working with clients on things that have meaning to them- whether that is processing a loss, navigating relationships or going through life changes. I strive to empower clients to practice self-advocacy and value incorporating the passions and beliefs that make someone who they are, and that will help them grow into the person they want to become. Some of my specialty areas include: depression, anxiety, low-self esteem, interpersonal relationships, communication skills, couples and autism.

I have 18+ years of experience within the mental health space helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, empathy, and clarity. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma related issues, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, strengths-based and client-centered. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, be heard without judgment, explore what is weighing on you, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel stuck, hidden, or overwhelmed while developing practical tools for meaningful change.
